Create stop motion / hand drawn animation that clearly demonstrate the principles of slow in/ slow out, timing, anticipation, follow through, and squash and stretch.

Using the jointed shape or a new jointed shape, propel the shape the screen along a path defined
by a sine wave. Be sure to keep the joints on the path to create a sense of smooth fluid motion.

Exploration 2 – Timing and Spacing -Conclusion
Description:
To create stop motion animation using paper silhouette cut-outs, that clearly demonstrate
the principles of timing, slow in / slow out, anticipation, and follow through.
These animations will be using position as well as rotation to create the sense of weight.
1st Animation: Drag.
Using a single shape, start from a static position, hold for 3 seconds, move the shape back and
forth 5 times (Loop) then come to a rest.
Start the move with Anticipation. Use a smooth Ease In / Out for extreme positions.
Use Follow Through and Decay to a gradual stop.
2nd Animation: Stagger.
Using a single shape, start from a static
position, create a stagger animation that starts and ends in the same position. Start the move with Anticipation. Decay to a gradual stop. Use a stagger motion to suggest a
3rd Animation: Oscillation. Using the same set up as the Stagger animation, except the spring is
much more loose. Start the move with Anticipation. Use Ease In/Out, and Decay to a gradual stop.

Exploration 3 Exploration 3 Hand-drawn Ball Bounce
Create a looping hand-drawn ball bounce, incorporating the principles of animation. You will create two ball bounces, one heavy, the other a light ball. Both will need to have a clean entrance and exit so the bounce can be looped. (We don't want to see the ball pop on and suddenly disappear.)
